After my car incurred an unfortunate dent, I reached out to Zac at One Up Dent Repair. He was able to give me a quote and schedule an appointment right as I took it in. Zac was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and cost-effective. While I had only come in for a few dents, Zac was also able to remove a variety of door dings that I hadn’t noticed. The service was fast, and I appreciate that Zac walks around the vehicle with you to see the work and explain what was done. He was also able to remove paint transfer, and I cannot tell it was ever there!


The first three pictures show the dents before, while the last three pictures show the after. Overall, I am very happy with the results and experience I had at One Up Dent Repair. Zac was able to identify some spots where paint needed touch up, and used his experience to identify a cost-effective solution before rust spreads on my vehicle. I appreciate the honest and straightforward approach, and would be happy to return in the future.

Huge Thank You to Zac Stone at One Up Dent Repair in White Bear Lake . I think Zac could change the name of his company to Ten Up Dent Repair. (or more) I had put off having someone look at our recent purchase of a slightly used CRV that had two minor dings in the rear liftgate until the day we came out to the car and saw someone had put a foot and half dent on the rear rider’s side.luckily I found One Up Repair online. Within an hour Zac gave me an estimate that was super fair and took care of multiple dents that were not in the estimate by the end of the next day. The results were incredible. I don’t often take time to write reviews but after my service with Zack I feel a need to. His work on dent removal and interior detailing was absolutely amazing. And, I thought the pricing for his quality of work was more than reasonable. In terms of dents, I had a larger one that another shop told me they were not  sure they could even work on. Somehow, Zack did his magic and I can’t even tell there was a dent there now. In terms of detailing, I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with people who don’t have high attention to detail or don’t even really care about the quality of their work.. Zack, who I suspect is partially OCD, did not miss a thing and I now have a vehicle that looks even  better than I thought possible. That said, I certainly stand behind One Up Dent Repair simply because Zack really stands behind his work and customer service is truly important to him.

One man shop, every car is going to take a little time. He sets prices based on how close he can get it to the original state. He did such a great job! Zach the owner knows what he’s doing! I am a brand new client of this establishment and I needed work done on my van ASAP, because I use it for delivery services. I was messaging multiple businesses to get the work done, and getting slow responses, outrageous quotes, and wasn’t able to find any other business that could do it in less than 3 days. Until, I found One Up Dent on Saturday and got the work done by Tuesday when he had an opening available. I literally sent him the pics of my van and within minutes he responded back with a quote. When I arrived @ One Up he clarified the quoted price he mentioned over the weekend and I told him I needed the work done same day and he actually was able to complete the job!

Zac over at One Up Dent went well above my expectations. By working with a local Auto Glass company they were able to come in and replace my windshield at the same time he removed the A-Pillar dent.
